A £20 non-refundable booking fee is required in order to book an appointment. A non-refundable booking fee of £50 will be required to secure your appointment if over £200 in value. A non-refundable booking fee of £100 will be required to secure your appointment if over £400 in value. The appointment will not be reserved until this is received. Patients have the right to cancel or reschedule their appointment once up to the appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 48-hour period prior to the appointment will result in the booking fee being held by Dollface Aesthetics to partially cover loss of earnings. Patients who cancel or rearrange within 12 hours of their appointment will be charged up to 100% of the cost of the treatment.

Dollface Aesthetics reserves the right to ban patients from clinic and/or refuse to treat patients with two or more last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment) or one no-show, regardless of the reason.

Patients who no-show will be charged the full cost of treatment and will not be rebooked in future. Consultations are free, but cancellations within 24 hours may incur a £20 fee.

Reviews are included in the original appointment price; for example, skin booster reviews will be subject to a £20 charge if the patient fails to attend or fails to give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Botox reviews are chargeable at £20 and must take place between 10–21 days post initial Botox treatment. No-shows will still be charged. Failure to give at least 48 hours’ notice of reschedule or cancellation will also result in the appointment being charged for.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel treatment or appointments without prior arrangement at any time.

By booking and accepting our terms, you confirm that you have personally registered your details and reserved a time allocation that you are committed to. Should your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend your booking, you accept full liability and forfeit your treatment cost. Any attempts to withdraw this payment will result in legal action. Evidence of acknowledgement will be provided to your bank or PayPal as proof of acceptance.

We do not offer refunds on booking fees. The only exception is an unexpected serious or long-term illness that contra-indicates treatment, or pregnancy, confirmed by a medical certificate.

If you cannot provide ID when asked, any fees will be lost. No one under 18 will be treated under any circumstances.

In the event a clinic is rearranged or cancelled by Dollface Aesthetics, we will not reimburse travel or cover any additional expenses incurred as a result.

We are not able to treat patients who are medically unfit for treatment. If you have a known medical condition or are taking any medication that could contraindicate treatment, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to booking. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to refuse treatment and any booking fees will be lost.

We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. We cannot transfer bookings or booking fees to another individual.

We allow a 5-minute grace period for late appointments. Due to how busy our clinics run, we cannot allow any longer, as this affects subsequent appointments. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may have to rearrange your booking and your booking fee will be lost.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women and anyone under the age of 18 cannot have aesthetic treatments. Photo ID will be required for anyone under the age of 25.

Children under 18 are not permitted at appointments due to the nature of the treatments and insurance restrictions. If you arrive with children, we will not be able to carry out your treatment and your booking fee will be lost.

All treatments require us to hold personal and medical information. We handle this with care and use it only internally. No information will ever be sold to third parties.

As part of your treatment, you must complete a medical questionnaire. It is your responsibility to disclose all required information. Dollface Aesthetics will not be held responsible for information not disclosed.

Changes to your medical status must be relayed to us before any further treatments. You must keep us updated with accurate medical history for future visits.

Any information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with GDPR. Your personal details will not be disclosed to third parties.

For health and safety reasons, no one other than the practitioner and the client is allowed in the treatment room.
